the northeastern tip of the Lapu-lapu City rises this modern and sleek
building, Arterra Mactan, which is an upscale country club that draws
close to Magellan Bay / Hillutungan Channel. The project is located at
Baranggay Punta Engaño of Lapu-lapu City, Cebu.
Arterra Mactan is intended to provide services to the residential community, which is to be developed (or being developed).
